What’s going on with my claim?

Once a claim is reported, we will contact you via email or a phone call to provide necessary information such as a claim number and next steps for injured employees. Of course if you need an update or assistance in the claim process, you may contact the Ameritrust Service Center and a claims representative will assist you.
